Assorted sliced meat cocktail sandwiches on homemade rolls with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and spread.

Choice of two of the following cold salads: Tomato-mozzarella-basil, American potato salad, three bean salad, kidney bean salad, pasta salad, macaroni and cheese salad, tossed salad with assorted dressings, or pineapple cole slaw.

Menu Three:

Exotic sliced fruit platters with coconut lime dipping sauce

Fajita buffet to include: Chicken and steak fajitas, cheese, sour cream, homemade guacamole, soft flour tortillas, refried beans, and Spanish rice.

Menu Four:

Choice of two of the following hot appetizers: Artichoke hearts parmesan, crab Rangoon, filo triangles with spinach and feta, mushroom caps with spinach and cheese, mini cheese pizzas, mini quiche, bacon wrapped waterchestnuts with glaze, meatballs with choice of sauce, or cocktail franks in pastry.

Fresh fruit kebobs

Sliced roast tenderloin sandwiches on croissants with béarnaise mayonnaise.

Sliced turkey and Muenster on orange muffins with cranberry mayonnaise.

Choice of two of the following cold salads: Tomato-mozzarella-basil, orange and white potato salad, Oriental broccoli salad with peanut-ginger dressing, tortellini salad with creamy roasted red pepper dressing, or mixed greens salad with strawberries, jicama, and raspberry vinaigrette.

We rent tents, tables, chairs, china, and linens for all of your summer events. We can also provide you with professional waitstaff to make your summer event a breeze. Please call for pricing.

Designer plastic plates and plasticware are available for $1.65 person. Chafing dishes are available to rent for $9.00 each.

All Graduation orders must be placed 3 business days in advance. Order by Wednesday for Saturday or Sunday delivery. All items will *BE DELIVERED READY TO HEAT at your desired date and time. If you would like your order delivered hot there is an additional $25.00 charge. Deliveries are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis so please order early.
