This menu will be served Buffet Style:

Waterchestnuts in Brown Sugar Glaze, Shrimp Toast

 

Cold Appetizers:  Tarragon Chicken Salad with Toasted Almonds on Pineapple Bread, Peapods with Crabmeat, and Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic Herb Cheese

 

Assortment of Homemade Breads and Rolls with Whipped Butter

 

Salad:  Delicate Greens with Dried Cherries, Toasted Walnuts, Muenster Cheese, and Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing

 

Entrées:  Walnut Crusted Chicken Breast with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Sliced Roast Tenderloin with Cabernet Wild Mushroom Sauce
