Our Full Service Weddings include advance planning sessions to gather the information needed to create your event.  We then assist you in choosing a venue if you have not already done so and prepare several custom menu options for you to choose from.  Once a menu is chosen we create several floor plans for you to choose from.  We offer an endless array of dishes, flatware, glassware, and linen styles so you can completely customize your table setting. On the day of the event we provide full set up services including all rentals, dishes, tables, linens, favors, table centerpieces, etc. needed as well as professional staffing. We also provide complete event breakdown and cleanup as well as assistance with loading any event decoration or leftover food items into your guests vehicles.  We can also arrange event entertainment and floral decor as needed.  Preliminary tastings are available to assist you in the event planning process.

Menus-Chef Paul Catering prepares everything from scratch in house (including wedding cakes, appetizers, pastries, breads, salad dressings, pastas, sauces, etc.), assuring you a one of a kind reception and complete menu flexibility. This also gives us the ability to create your entire menu with seasonally available organic or locally grown ingredients if desired for an additional charge. We can even recreate your favorite family recipe for this very special occasion.

Presentation-You are a unique individual and any event you host should reflect that.  We work closely with our clients to gather a knowledge of their style, color scheme, and any special decorations they are providing so we can help create the party of their dreams.  All platters are decorated with fresh flowers or thematic decorations.  All buffets are tiered and decorated with fresh flowers or thematic elements.  All plated dinners are beautifully decorated with edible garnishes.

Tastings-If you would like to taste the quality of our food please call to schedule an appointment.  We require one week advance notice.  There will be a nominal fee for this service based on the items you have chosen to taste and the fee is completely refundable if you book our services.  Included in your event booking at no extra charge is a complete “dress rehearsal tasting” featuring the exact table setup for your event and full portions of all menu items for up to 6 guests. This tasting is followed by a 2 to 3 hour meeting to go through 10 pages of timing and service details guaranteeing a highly organized, stress free, and seamless event day.

Locations-We cater in any location, from your home kitchen to a tent in a remote garden.  We can transform any location to a magical party location.  If you are looking for a banquet hall to house your event please visit our website for our current listings.   We are fully insured to work at the venue of your choice.

Rentals-We can provide luxurious tents, tables, chairs, linens, portable toilets, and much, much more.

Waitstaff -We have professional, friendly, and capable waitstaff available.  Our staff comes in your choice of uniforms with color coordinated neckties or themed uniforms on request. 

Beverage Service-We will set up the bar and provide bartenders as well as all necessary bar equipment.  We will provide you with recommended quantities of beverages to purchase but we do not sell alcoholic beverages for off premise events.  Our staff, however, is B.A.S.S.E.T. trained and insured to serve alcohol.

Pricing, Deposits, and Final Payment-Chef Paul Catering prices events on a “no surprises” policy. That means that what you see on this proposal will be what you pay the day of the event provided that you don’t make any upgrades or your guest count changes. We have no hidden fees, mandatory gratuity or service charges, guaranteed minimum guest counts, cake cutting fees, or corkage fees, which are not already noted on your proposal.  We require a 1/3 deposit to confirm your booking and final payment on the day of the event.  We accept cash, check, and some credit cards.
